Senior Communication Specialist – IT Project Team

Your Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external communications including but not limited to business/project updates, dashboard, social media platform, website, regular newsletters, company announcements
- Create communication templates and manage updates on content
- Ensure timely publication of communications
- Drive the development of optimal communication plan, content presentations via coordinating with departments and stakeholders
- Summarize complex information and communicate effectively to audiences of varying experiences across a range of channels in verbal, written and visual forms
- Collaborate with project teams to jointly develop effective change management strategies, communication plans and training materials
- Participate in change management work stream with a structured methodology and process
- Assist in equipping employees and leaders to adopt new ways of working
- Document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Manage ad-hoc communication affairs assigned by the Team Director
Your Requirements
- University graduates; Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- At least 3 years’ working experience in Internal Communication and/or Change Management position gained in sizable organization
- Experience in communicating with different countries
- Experience in Project Management will be an advantage
- Experience in medium to large sized IT projects will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint)
- Professional, positive, “can-do” attitude, self-starter with strong organizational skills and result-oriented business approach
- Pleasant, mature and high level of integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details
- Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills
- Work effectively under pressure during peak operating periods
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
