Senior Specialist Global Mobility

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross boarder mobile workforce moves, whilst ensuring compliance with global tax, social security, and immigration legislation
  • Provide support, guidance and expertise to the relocating and global assignment teammates before and during their mobilization
  • Support the global mobility and relocation with administration tasks (i.e. visa application, housing arrangement, schooling, bank account opening, etc.)
  • Be a point of contact for vendors – including relocation, tax service, medical insurance and immigration service providers
  • Manage service provider communication process and ensure quality of service delivery
  • Liaise with our global mobility team in other countries to manage international assignments/transfers
  • Provide advice to both the HR and assignee on all aspects of global relocation matters and answer mobility-related questions
  • Monitor mobility spend and process vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
  • Provide support to assignee escalations and exception requests, exercising sound judgment in the absence of policy
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a successful assignee experience
  • Support other ad hoc tasks assigned

Your Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of global mobility, HR experience or previous in-house experience within a global mobility capacity, including expatriate and relocation program management
  • Knowledgeable in employment, expatriate tax and immigration laws
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Experience working with confidential data and handling sensitive matters
  • Pleasant, mature and high level of integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details
  • Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills
