Senior Specialist Global Mobility

Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross boarder mobile workforce moves, whilst ensuring compliance with global tax, social security, and immigration legislation
- Provide support, guidance and expertise to the relocating and global assignment teammates before and during their mobilization
- Support the global mobility and relocation with administration tasks (i.e. visa application, housing arrangement, schooling, bank account opening, etc.)
- Be a point of contact for vendors – including relocation, tax service, medical insurance and immigration service providers
- Manage service provider communication process and ensure quality of service delivery
- Liaise with our global mobility team in other countries to manage international assignments/transfers
- Provide advice to both the HR and assignee on all aspects of global relocation matters and answer mobility-related questions
- Monitor mobility spend and process vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Provide support to assignee escalations and exception requests, exercising sound judgment in the absence of policy
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a successful assignee experience
- Support other ad hoc tasks assigned
Your Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of global mobility, HR experience or previous in-house experience within a global mobility capacity, including expatriate and relocation program management
- Knowledgeable in employment, expatriate tax and immigration laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Experience working with confidential data and handling sensitive matters
- Pleasant, mature and high level of integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details
- Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills
