Your Responsibilities

• Support Manager to execute sourcing strategy for responsible electrical/SDA products
• Work closely with Buying Teams, in order to develop and deliver ASO strategies
• Source and qualify supplier and manage performance
• Regular factory visit for product development and supplier engagement
• Execute new product development and refresh offer of repeat items for the responsible product categories
• Responsible for competitive tender submission of the product range
• Accountable for order execution and artwork development for respective areas
• Responsible for critical path order management
• Work closely with Quality and Supply Chain Management teams to manage shipment issue
• Manage and monitor subordinate’s performance to support company strategy

Your Requirements

• At least (Non-Degree) Tertiary education required.
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant working experience, preferably gained in sourcing/buying offices, working with SDA products.
• Leadership experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player.
• Good command of both verbal and written business English and fluency in Mandarin essential.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn.
• Attention to detail and good organizing, coordination and planning skills.
• General knowledge of MS office and Exchange essential.
• High level of maturity, integrity, trustworthiness.
