Your Responsibilities

• Handling of supply chain related inbound/outbound matters
• Collate and maintain shipping data into internal shipment management system
• Management of ocean freight shipment data and ensure data integrity
• Responsible for shipment scheduling and planning
• Conduct analysis in preparation of volume forecast for freight forwarder/carrier
• Monitor the daily OFC Operations Process and adhere to defined SOP and guideline
• Preparation of required shipment status and KPIs reports on a regular basis
• Support in preparation of Ocean Freight Contract tendering/bidding process
• Coordination with Freight forwarder, country supply chain management department, and suppliers on any operations issues and queries

Your Requirements

• At least Tertiary education required
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Experience gained in sourcing/ buying offices
• Experience with logistics industry/ freight forwarder
• Experience with Logistics IT Software solutions
• High level of computer literacy: MS office and Exchange, advance Excel knowledge
• Pleasant, mature personality, trustworthy.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, team player
• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
• Good command of verbal & written English and fluency in •Mandarin
• Professional and positive attitude.
